MY CHILDHOOD

My childhood was the best time of my life so far. I was the happiest and most care-free child I have ever been, I will always appreciate all the holidays and the best childhood. I wouldn't go back because I wouldn't be able to appreciate that life as much as I do.  My family and I would always go on Game Drives (Safaris'), camps and many other adventures in the African bush or the seaside. 

My two sisters, Amy and Abi are very inspirational to me and here is a video that Abi and I made for Amys' 18th Birthday. It is a glimpse of what my life was as a child. 

As you can see I am the middle one and the most mischievous out of the three.

AFRIQUE

Afrique is the french word for Africa; Rebecca was born in Botswana and has been living in England for 4 years, she has a love for Art, Photography, Health, Beauty and of course Fashion. The 17 year old has completed a two year course of BTEC Art and Design and is now studying foundation Art and design and hopes to pursue a career in the Fashion industry. 

MISS VOGUE COURSE

I have always been intrigued by the Conde Nast College as its always advertised in British Vogue. Two years ago I found I was not yet old enough to take up any of the courses but after being patient and hopeful, they opened a new course for ages 16-18.

The Miss Vogue Course covers everything from the timeline of fashion to how the 'sister' magazine is made. The lecturers have been inside the vogue industry and have personal knowledge of how everything works.

It was a Friday when my Father and I ventured to the famous location Soho/london which is where this college is based. I was lucky enough to be staying at a hotel that was just around the corner from the college. It was an ideal location because I am a new-be to the London undergrounds and to this unusual world. The College is surrounded by pubs, restaurants and theatres which could be unbelievably fun if you are someone that can party all night till four in the morning.

I was unbelievably nervous for my first day but once I stepped into the college and found how much it suited my personality, I knew i was meant to be here.
